Blog platform for the residents of Cerro Concepción in Valparaíso. This project was part of the master's thesis project: "From Urban Conflict to Social Media Innovation: The Social Capital of a Valparaíso Hill in Web 2.0" by Sofía Vargas-Koch.

The project was the first experiment in digital participation on the hill and influenced our notion and understanding of the leapfrogging concept. The platform evolved to become a significant channel for communication and encouragement of citizen participation and social organization in Valparaíso for several years. During this time, the platform was updated multiple times with new functionalities to facilitate access and content editing by the residents.
